On 17 May, 2017 Mr. Shiqiang Lin, Chief Executive Officer of ICBC (Thai) (fifth from left), jointly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with 15 commercial banks, Bank of Thailand and Sukhumvit Asset Management (SAM) on the Debt Clinic Scheme at Phatra Ruam Jai Meeting Room, Bank of Thailand.
