Miss Xian Hong, Deputy Head of Global Banking, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC) jointly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on EEC Projects Advisory Cooperation with Mr.Kanit Sangsubhan, Secretary General of the Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) and Mr.Predee Daochai, Chairman of The Thai Bankers’ Association (TBA). In this occasion, Mr.Uttama Savanayana chaired the MoU signing ceremony and Mr.Lin Shiqiang, Chief Executive Officer, ICBC (Thai) witnessed the MoU signing ceremony.

ICBC and EECO will jointly promote the development of projects in the Eastern economic Corridor of Thailand, including Chachoengsao, Chon Buri and Rayong provinces. Meanwhile, ICBC shall make its effort to provide financial capabilities to Chinese enterprises who are interested in EEC. ICBC will recommend potential Chinese enterprises who have capabilities to invest in the 10 main industries to comply with the Thailand 4.0 economy.

Regarding to the MoU, ICBC and TBA will work together on the financial advisory and financial matter to the Projects in EEC. Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand will help accommodate potential areas to support the Chinese enterprises.
